Next Leadership Development is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a mission to accelerate health, wealth, and cultural resilience in Black communities. We do this through leadership building, creating our own tables, and developing partnerships with allies. Our initiatives support resilience to threats against health, wealth, and culture in daily life and after disasters. We have youth, family, and elder services based in the Greater Boston area as well as national initiatives such as NextAgency, a workforce development program providing digital services for purpose-driven organizations, and the Black Resilience Network, a national coalition of Black-led and focused organizations.
